Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order if you have not yet confirmed that everything is correct.
To be able to make a return, the product must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, undamaged and with all its accessories.

Refunds
Once we have received and reviewed the return, we will process the refund within 3 to 7 business days , using the same payment method you used.
Defective or damaged products
If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within the first 48 hours and we will send a replacement at no extra cost, simply by returning the original item.
Return shipping costs
The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors.
